[ubuntu] Simple Restore does not see previous backups.
When I run a backup using "Simple Backup" and then try to restore a file using "Simple Restore" there is NO backup to restore from.
I have an external ftp server that is properly configured to receive backups, and it correctly receives the files from the backup program, but the restore program simply cannot see the completed backups.
The list of previous backups is blank and it reports "Error" no backups in target directory" even though those files ARE in that directory and are ready to be used.
What is the secret sauce to make this work?
Do I have to wait a day until the backups can be used to restore the system? Are there any logs that can tell me why this is failing?
